VApril Preparations Ramp Up

Preparations are ramping up for VApril with just a week to go to the world’s biggest vaping education campaign for smokers looking to quit their habits.

Now in its fifth year, VApril 2022 will for the first time embark on a paid for social media campaign with the theme – ‘A lesson in giving up smoking’, focusing on the importance for adult smokers to gain specialist advice when looking to quit through vaping. The social media campaign will feature  former smokers talking about their transition experiences and an animated version of the UKVIA’s Switch on to Vaping guide which has been produced by vapers for smokers.

Members are also encouraged to produce and share their own video case studies via social media to showcase the importance of adult smokers getting expert advice so they can make an informed decision to switch to vaping in order to quit.

Campaign assets are available and already being used by vaping businesses and trade bodies across the world.
